We are local investors, not agents, and we buy houses with our own funds. Here is what happens to the houses we buy.
We renovate and resell
Most houses we buy get a full renovation and go back on the market as move-in-ready homes. That is why we can buy as-is.
We keep some as rentals
Some houses we renovate and keep, renting them to local families long term. Tenants in place are fine when we buy.
We close ourselves
We buy with our own funds and close on the house ourselves. Your contract is not passed on to someone you have never met.
